RRWQG featured in congressional testimony

We’ve gone national! Straight to the halls of Congress. On May 18, American Public Works Association (APWA)Director-at-Large Bill Spearman testified on behalf of APWA members at the U.S. House Transportation and Infrastructure – Subcommittee on Water and Environment regarding “Building a 21st Century Infrastructure for America: Improving Water Quality through Integrated Planning.” He highlights the Reedy River Water Quality Group’s effort to use integrated planning and permitting to protect water resources and save tax payer money! Here is a 5 minute video showing his testimony.
