The allocations committee requirements and goals are:
- Based on data provided by Modeling Committee, Best Management Practices Committee, and Monitoring Committee, recommend an equitable and scientifically based waste load allocation agreement that includes all sources.
- The inventory (from data generated by monitoring and modeling committees) of the point and nonpoint sources
- Estimated completion date for restoration activities
