On May 18, American Public Works Association (APWA)Director-at-Large Bill Spearman testified on behalf of APWA members at the U.S. House Transportation and Infrastructure – Subcommittee on Water and Environment regarding “Building a 21st Century Infrastructure for America: Improving Water Quality through Integrated Planning.” He highlights the Reedy River Water Quality Group’s effort to use integrated planning and permitting to protect water resources and save tax payer money!
