The Facilitation Team (WQR, Inc.) is responsible for overall Group coordination and the development of the Watershed Based Plans for Total Nitrogen and Total Phosphorus. The Facilitation Team responsibilities and goals include:
- Point of contact for Group communication with regulators
- Expertise in Water Quality, Watersheds Restoration Plans and the 5R Process
- Meeting coordination
- Meeting facilitation
- Committee coordination
- Facilitation of communication among Group members
- Watershed Based Plan document preparation
- Regulatory approval
